I'm lvl 57 and have both explored act 4 and done an initial run of necro. I'm guessing I have 3 points left to get. Am I correct, or are there more?

    There are a total of 60 points.
    Get to lvl 60 and you'll get the remaining ones.
    Confirmed it, 3 points left for you to get to 60.
