Advice on building Alliance

I have an alliance where myself and 1 other person is active. Just us 2 we do well in war, I’m really active in BG averaging 3-400k alliance event points each time, and we do some AQ.

My question is, what’s the best way (if any) to recruit active players to an alliance? Can I search people, find a list of people with alli, etc? How do / have you guys built your alliances?

When I built my alliance, I added a bunch of cav players. Dont set your expectations too high. When you have about some cav players, convince some better players to join and stay. You want a lot of cavs, some tb and a couple paragons to make your ally look and git gud. Do lots of aw. A good rating goes a long way. Make a ton of officers and get them all to recruit all the time. Over time players in your ally will get better. When I started my ally me and basically everyone in it were conqueror. After maybe a year I was tb or paragon and we were like gold something and we had some valiants lol. Dont give up

I bought flowers and whiskey. A few years later, bam, full battlegroup.

With the benefit of hindsight, probably should've recruited from global.

All the stupid but far cheaper.

Best advice is to not worry about building your own alliance and join one that is already active. The more alliances there are in the game the harder it is to recruit quality players.
