AQ Raid free revive refresh time

My AQ raid free revives countdown started from 7days on Monday and my other ally teammates' are refreshing today (I still have 4 days and 12hr left to refresh), which means they can purchase 2 x 7 full revives in one cycle and I only can purchase 1 x 7 full revives.
Is this normal? If it's not, where should report it?

    Are you sure you’re looking at the refresh time and not the end time? What you are describing is unusual - they should refresh for everyone 3.5 days after it started.
