They haven't been nerfed. The crystal rewards are all RANDOM, and there's a SMALL 🤏🏽 chance of 1.51% PER CRYSTAL to get 7* shards. This is coming from someone who is collecting 7* shards.
Here's how it's been for me: 4th of July:
Rest of July: Zilch.
Mid August:
The entire month of September: Zilch.
3 weeks into October: Zilch.
Last week in October:
7* Shard drop rates
Again, it's all RANDOM and with a low percentage PER CRYSTAL.
Next time before you claim "silent nerf", try to have a considerable amount of facts, which is going to be hard to do when dealing with RNG.
