3 way: 1 out heal with magik, wolverine, scarlet, etc, use class advantage to help you. 2 I don't know if this work but agent venom maybe. 3 cash cash and lots of cash

Short Answer: No, degen is designed to drain any and all champ's health. No exceptions.

However, that depends on where you are talking about. In Act 5, the nodes are set up to make you fight a certain way to get around or lessen the degen damage.
Flare: you get x3 attack, but constant degen. And the fights as quickly as possible and use regen champs if you can.
Life Transfer: constant degen, but you gain health based on how much damage you deal. Use champs with high attack power.
Brute Force: If you don't land a hit for 6 seconds, you degen until you die or land a hit. Bring someone with power control so you don't have to bait specials.

With all of these nodes, ALWAYS USE CLASS ADVANTAGE. This cuts the degen damage approximately in half, making things much easier for you.

And no, kabam stated that AV/KG/CB doesn't work, since these degens are a "passive" effect..
