Questions for dazzler platinum pass

A few questions I have about it since I hear rumours about a 7 star dazzler in a platinum pass.

1) When does the pass start?

2) Will it be a 3 month pass with each unique stamp at the end of each month so we can trade in 3 stamps for 7 star dazzler like the beta ray bill and morbius type?

    More info during the December Livestream. I think she'll either be 3months or 1 month. But there's a deal you can get to guarantee her on day 1 which I 1000% will be getting. As long as it's less than $100 which was my intended budget for the pre release 6*.

    It to me seems like will start in november just u wont get her for 3 months just have to wait on when it activates as its weird how her pre bundles drop in november but arena starts in december

    If does start in december then its a strange time and they need to fix the schedules as i hate how new champs are slowly moving into next month almost for the last 4 months

    There said one stream she be releasing in December. And the pass as well.

    They said its a 1 month pass and that there's a chance of getting her on day 1
