It's baaaaack! Galan's Cosmic Seed Capability Broken AGAIN just in AQ (again)

Galan's cosmic seed capability is broken in AQ again. Galan wins, sets the next cosmic attacker to receive the seed benefits, that next attacker fights but cosmic seed herald does not trigger or show as active (for me, on Venom the Duck) and synergy effects are not gained. Bug only occurs in AQ. Tried the same fights scenario in EQ and all is fine. This bug has happened at least 3 other times so please Kabam go back to your knowledgebase and reverse whatever change it is that was made that resurrected this bug. Also please acknowledge and tell players when it is "safe" to use this synergy again in AQ.
