I accidentally bought the popup potions bundle

Hi. Just wanna say this at the start that I have already sent a ticket to kabam but don't know if they would refund it.

I finished the cavalier event quest and tapped on the screen to exit. I didn't see that the potions/energy/boost tiered bundle options was there and one of them got selected by mistake. I am suddenly out 2.5k units that took me 70 days to collect on stuff I don't need at all.

I have seen posts where others have lost units because of these sudden popup bundles. I just wanna know if they do get refund of the units or it's just down the drain now?

    You should get the refund as long as you don’t use any of the purchased items

    Thanks for the reply. All of the items went in the overflow. I have immediately sent a mail and not playing the game at all till I get a reply back. But refunds are given, right?

    If you can prove ownership of the account they will refund.

    They might ask you specific questions about your account to verify you as the actual creator of it rather than just the owner. They can be different and it's against terms of service.

    This happened to me today, they really need a confirmation box to confirm a purchase before proceeding, instead of surprising you with a random popup like a thief in the night ready to steal your hard earned units!

    Morning. On Dec 4th I was farming Units by completing the Uncollected monthly event. I spent 300 Units on a pop up ad. Please return this units. Thank you in advance for your consideration and help with this problem.

    is there anyone I can reach out to directly that can help refund my units? I've raised a support request 2 days ago but have not had a response? The hunters market closes today and I dont want to miss out :-(
