Issue with Kabam Webstore

Is anyone having issues with the Kabam Webstore? I log in successfully but when viewing the store it tells me to log in to view available offers based on in game progress. I’ve tried signing out and back in, I’ve tried multiple browsers, I’ve cleared Cache and browsing history and nothing works. Has anyone encountered this issue and been able to resolve it successfully?
