selectors for quest are broken for me

in Bugs and Known Issues
Ive played the alliance event and completed a fraction of the quests. i stopped claiming them when they pop up because i wanted to push to valiant. but after realized i cant claim the selectors unless they pop up for the first time. this was a problem with the other quests as-well but i didn't rlly care... Until i missed out on 7 star shards so ye can i get my rewards. (no i did not switch alliances and yes i qualified for the rewards) Phone:IOS account:Phycokiller808
