The thing is, 99.9% of the time, it's always a legit reason. I asked if they shared their account info, no response and the next post is talking about how they tried to login on their brother's device. While not an admission of account sharing, doesn't mean they don't do it.

I saw that and I think is sus too , but who am I to say something when I don't have the means to prove anything.
Bro if you want me to send proof that i didn’t cheat or whatever i will provide it i just want my account to be unbanned if it was happened if i used any third party apps i would have been fine with that im just asking why was i banned for login into the beta and how was it my fault or how could have i know if i log in gonna get banned

First, you're not supposed to talk about account bans on the forums anyway but OP did and it's out there. Many of us commenting, have years of experience here on the forums with these posts. There are more of us than MODs so we tend to answer quickly and we're usually right. There's only been a handful of incorrectly banned players and none of them from what OP claims is their reason for ban.
We have to take into account what little info OP has provided us. They could easily take a screenshot of the message and post but they haven't. That's red flag #1. OP hasn't responded still to whether they shared their account info. Red flag #2.
It's very possible OP is innocent. Not a really high possibility but there is a chance. But most of us know there is more to this that what's being put in this thread. Again, we've seen it all.
I didn’t share my account information with anyone and i didn’t use any third party apps i swear i just got up in the morning nad 10:30 and went to login the game i showed the the main server and the 9.2 beta server screen when i click on it it said network error and when i clicked on retry it was still loading and when i decided to restart my game i was met with this screen

Show us the ban message.
Also, support can take up to 48 hrs for an official response. Your ticket isn't the only ticket they are working on. It takes time to get and verify account info and actions.

Absolutely correct. But that's pretty much never what players do. You'll notice that all of the accounts that come to ask about their ban are either brand new accounts or accounts that don't have any forums presence. If they were more seasoned or present players/forum members, then they would already know that the forums is not a place to go for a solution because no one here can do anything about it. With that, the players coming here to complain about being banned are also those least familiar with rules and processes, and those of us that have been here for awhile have seen enough to assume that Kabam is in the right in those cases and not the player. We try our best to help by asking questions not because we can fix anything, but because it usually helps us help the player shed light on the situation that maybe they in fact did do something wrong. At the end of the day, no one here is going to change anything. It's up to support.
