in Bugs and Known Issues
If I win a victor track match then points are counted in battleground solo event if I lose then no points added to battleground solo event for completing the victory track match please fix it so I can receive my rewards

    Stop closing the match before the 10 second timer runs out.

    Like @BringPopcorn said, you need to wait till the match is completely over to get the points. If you quit the match anytime before the match is finalize you will not get an points. Just wait it out till the end.

    During the fight my heroes as attacker cannot touch the defender Whereas it is not indicated in the rules of active buffs

    Not sure what you are trying to say. Can you show a video or explain it better with examples please.
