Disconnected in the middle of fight

Hi there,
I have a major problem with the game, I'm currently experiencing terrible things, like disconnect in the middle of fight in AQ, I can't login back to game atm to see what did it cause, but I'm guessing I lost the champ in AQ because of these disconnects, which is affecting my Alliance score and my performance.
Other things is that I can't play arena either, and it is last round for StarLord, and can't play it, because game aren't stable, I understand that you might try to fix this issue, but what I'm supposed to do? It's never been like this, it's a 3rd day when all of the players experience these in-game bugs, I hope you can fix the general problem and compensate me for going through this experience.
