Hot take: Worst thing about MCOC (probably not what you're thinking)

No it's not any of the many things other people and myself have complained about in the past. It's the fact that you cannot consistently get your 2* roster complete with basic-pool hero's. Not even if you throw money/units at it.
The thing that stings the most is the fact that it is possible with 3* and 4* in arena to even 5* since you can get those with the monthly quests.

I am a collector and a completionist. That's the biggest reason I started this game in the first place. I have grinded arena and monthly quests to get my roster as complete as possible.

What do you think, should there be a arena/quest you can earn them or should 2* basic pools be in the PHCs for example?

True, and even though 100 units is very steep for just a 2* you do get a 1 in 30 chance to get the right champ.
But the chance that you get a champ that is in the standard PHCs is way to big for that price. IMHO the crystal should at least contain only non PHC-champs.
The most unclear for me is why they make it so hard to get 2* in the first place, especially seeing how easy it is to get 5* and sometimes 6* already at very low levels and the fact that the awesome synergies only start at the higher * crystals.

I (kind of) understand why kabam don't give access to these resources to higher progression levels - because they feel like everyone on higher progression levels won't care about 2/3/4/even 5* champs and pumping sig stones into them but it would be nice to have the option to be able to spend trophy tokens on lower rarity sig stones.

At the moment I spend all my solo crystal shards on 1k crystals and have been sigging up my 2* collector champs that way. It's long winded but I'll get there eventually...Super daily event is going to help massively towards this.

Seriously. I can't complete my Silk collection because of the struggle to get the 2*. Granted, I still don't have the 7*, but it's way easier to get than the 2*

As far as priorities go, I don't care about them updating the premium hero crystal but I certainly wouldn't mind them dumping 40 more champs in there from the past five years. I am not spending 100 units for a chance to try to grow my two star roster.

Worst thing for me is scarcity of lower tier rank up mats as you progress.

Tier 1 dust is rare as valiant and so are class and basic catalysts lower than t4

Where does the super daily come into play for these?

SDE will help because, for much less input you get a guaranteed 770k solo crystal shards per week whereas in the events, even if you hit every milestone of every 7 & 22 hour event the maximum collection is still only 761,500 (hopefully, I've done the calculations correct) solo crystal shards per week. So, I guess what I actually meant was that my personal benefit from the SDE is massive because quite often I miss most of the 7h events due to work and family time.
