What am I doing wrong? (Royal Hunt One)

When I get to Star Lord and subsequent characters, placing bleeds on them, I'm getting VERY little damage against the defender. Using R5 ascended 5* Bullseye, getting 60-70 hits, constant bleeds .... take Star Lord down to 98%. Barely more success using awakened 6* R2/25 Fury, awakened 6* R3/45 Warlock spamming heavy, ascended 5* awakened Weapon X, and on and on....

According to the node, you place the bleeds and your attack should ramp up, right? What am I missing?

You need bleed debuffs/passives on the opponent. i don't think instant bleeds count

cannot overstate how many times I’ve gone “hey, Bullseye would be great for this with the instant bleeds.. dang it, won’t work”.

Bullseye’s out. Nightcrawler too. same logic for Guardian and shock debuff nodes, at least until you drop a sp2 on their face (or the little AAR one he has).

Bullseye worked great for me, except don’t hit them, only hit into their block with bullseye
Four hit combo into their block and repeat

It needs to be a debuff or passives specifically champs with instant bleeds like Bullseye Nightcrawler knull etc won't work
