New summoner supply drop

My new summoner supply drop calendar was reset to day 1 on nov 27, i claimed 20 days rewards daily with no issues, but today on day 21 its reset and i am back on day 1. I dont know where to report this issue pls help out

Mine was reset, too. After day 16

No, it remains at day 1 actually instead of day 16. And the last day has changed too, from 6* crystal to 5* nexus

Happened to me too! I’ve reported it but don’t know what will happen! I want my 6* !!!!

Today I had the same problem, I was supposed to get a 6* character at the end, but today my progress was reset

Kabam should answer it, i have reported this issue too and they replied it was corrected but it wasnt and they changed 6* at the end, which is cheating, dont show us 6* if u dont want to give us. We logged in for 20+ days and then u change 6* to 5* nexus

May be this is happening with all the new players but they cant report so not many threads or report being seen
