Crucible Rewards Doubt

So I have completed Path-1 in crucible and doing path 2 rn. I realised that it gives current Titan crystal. If I complete it now and save the Titan crystal, will the pool change to next pool when the next pool goes live or it will be the same pool as now. if it will be same pool, if I just delay the exploration till the titan changes, will I get the new titan or current one ?
