is elektra in the 5 star mutant skill dual crystal or no?

I've been striving to obtain Elektra ever since the Royal Hint objective was introduced, but I've had no luck pulling her. Despite trying Incursions crystals, I haven't been able to obtain her from them. Additionally, I've opened over 25 5-star Mutant Skill Dual Crystals, but I haven't even caught a glimpse of her. I'm starting to wonder if she's even available in these crystals at all ?
