Did Titania’s intimidate issue (or how the AI interacts with it) get fixed?

I’ve been noticing that either I’m having slightly better luck with Titania’s stacked intimidate on an SP3 (heavy into SP3) recently. By that I mean the defender not pretty much immediately throwing a special after my SP3.

Am I just getting lucky or did Kabam fix it? Has bearing as I think about some of my next R3s.

For me the defender does occasionally throw the special still but it’s less likely

It was fixed wayg back I believe. I used her in half of the paths in 9.1 and didn't had any issues. She is also my mvp in current bg meta and the opponent almost never threw a special when intimidated. I also used her extensively in 9.2 beta with no issues.

I still fear using the Titania sp3 loop on Doom,
Mf just throws his sp2 every single time
