Missing 60FPS all of a sudden?

I've had access to the 60 FPS feature since it was introduced. Was playing just now, and the game crashed on me, and when I loaded it back up, my game was 30 FPS again, and the option to turn on 60 FPS is just completely missing.

Is it missing for anyone else?

    Same, a bunch of stuff has just disappeared

    I’ve just done a few fights and it feels so dirty. It’s just wrong
