Thought they said 7 star weapon X would be available? Yet I don’t see any sign of him in any of the offers or tracker in game? Am I missing something? I’m paragon

    I am a little disappointed that we were able to get him through unit offers during July offers and this time we have to spend 800 to get the dupe. Certainly something I cannot afford, personally. I don’t care about that Kraven at all and was really hoping to be able to dupe weapon X this time around.
