Bonus Market Points not appearing

I just purchased a Cavalier weekly 9.99 (20) points, Cavalier Daily 4.99 (10 points), and a Cavalier Crystal Special 4.99 (10 points) for a total of 40 points. I was at 48 Market points trying to get Paragon Nexus reward and the store only credit me with 20 points out of 40. Who do I reach out to?

You only get 1 point per dollar.
I am guessing when you went to check out it listed the points twice? That's because there are currently two events going on in the webstore. Each line is a credit of points to each event separately.

This says 10 points for the purchase and 10 bonus points. They all have bonus points listed. That's why I purchased them. If this isn't the case then the GUI needs to be fixed or I need to be compensated.

I should have even more bonus points.

Like I said, it lists the point twice because there are two events in the store happening right now. One chunk goes to the market bonus event and the other chunk goes to the hunter's market milestone event. You got the points you were supposed to get.
There are no "bonus" points. The points are a bonus on the purchase.

The text does not explicitly state that points are for separate Markets. Why wouldn't a normal consumer believe they were getting double-points for both markets when there are so many "sales" and promo's to get people to spend?

Tell me where it clearly states the points are divided by event.

You are welcome to dig for that info yourself as I don't know if it says it anywhere. I am sharing info with you based off of the experience of others over multiple past events where the same question has come up.
Whether you like the info I am giving you or not, it is accurate information for the situation you are in. You're welcome to submit a ticket to Kabam, but they will offer the same explanation. It is how it has worked since the webstore came into existence.

Did you claim them from the event in the webstore? You have to individually claim them. If you bought an Odin, then you should be able to claim the first 6.

You likely purchased the normal Odin (which is further down on the page) and not the one in the hunters market

It doesn’t matter what you buy the market should stil go with dollar spent. So.

No, definitely bought the event Odin for the 2-3 rank up gem…. I got the normal market point rewards but not the bonus items.

Where are u looking as there should be 2 tracks can u show us since i bought stuff on webstore and got the hunters track rewards which u do have to tap to claim
