Missing cyber deal items?

Is anyone else missing part of a cyber deal? I bought a stark briefcase and opened my valiant nexuses, then minutes later checked my 7 star shard amount and my 7500 shards are not there. I’ve hard closed the app, restarted my phone, and uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I tried to open a support ticket but found that my yahoo account is inaccessible. Why do I have to go into an email to complete a support ticket anyways???? I’ve been playing this game since 2015 and used a 20 year old yahoo account when I started. This is so frustrating
