Money Conversion Problem in MCOC Store

When I enter the credit card info the web store automatically converts USD prices with my country's money at a very bad exchange rate, it does not allow me to pay in USD even though I have money in USD too in that account. For example, when I shop at other online stores, like Amazon, eBay, etc. it gives me the option to make purchases in USD to avoid extra money conversation fees. Is there any solution for this? It's noteworthy that this problem only happens in the MCOC store. For example, if I buy offers through the Google app store it takes USD but if I do that then I won't get MCOC store bonuses.

    I've seen logging in on Incognito helps.
