Incorrect shards when buying Tony Stark's Briefcase deal

Hi, I bought 3x the aforementioned deal and received 3x 1.5k Titan shards instead of 3x 7.5k 7* shards, is there a way I can get the 7* shards instead of the titans I got and am I the only one this happened to?
