Sparkle and Shine 2:2 Mojo well-timed block and prowess

Anybody know why the well-time block isn’t working and giving the attacker the prowess buff needed to cause actual damage to Mojo.

    You only get prowess if you parry his specials, it can’t be just any attack. Are you doing so?

    Ahhhhhh lol
    No I kind of just powered through it with Dust and the prowess she gain from her heavy attacks. But makes sense. Thanks.
