what am i doing wrong?

There are 3 accounts I play on, my other 2 accounts were approved for the draw, but I couldn't make this account.
Like other accounts, I can get my daily and weekly free crystals registered in the Kabam system from the website.
Since mojo and knull are 6*, I didn't care too much about them. But since the current gifts are 7*, I don't want to miss it. what do i need to do for this I would be happy if you help.

I think they're talking about the free 7* crystal they gave away for Cyber week.

That was a 7-star based on progression. If you were thrnebreaker or lower, you got a 6 star crystal instead,

This is my 4th account and I got 6* knull and 6* mojo with my other accounts whose email addresses are close to their software. But when I want to register this account, I get an error and I couldn't get any heroes, so I didn't pursue them because they were 6*. However, since the current 10x10 heroes are 7*, I want to register but unfortunately I cannot.this account is linked to kabam because i can get daily free crystals or weekly free crystals. When entering the game, I log in by typing Kabam ID. no problem with these,
I can enter the forum and get free crystals from the site, but why am I getting an error when registering here? I asked for help for this.

You don’t need to register for the 7 star it be a login. And if you pargon or above
