Battleground Issues

I’ve been participating in battleground and I was on a win streak defeating players in my ranking with similar strength heroes as mine, however the last few times I’ve been the competitors’ heroes have been 5k and lower. My two heroes are over 20k so I figured there would be no way I could lose, but I did. This happened a few times with people who have heroes a lot lower than mine, so I checked how I’ve been losing. It says there been 1 hit and no other data. Now I feel like I’ve been cheated and there isn’t really any fair play inside of the game. Is there some kind of hack or glitch that makes this happen? I don’t mind losing at all, but how could a hero who is at 1k one punch one over 20k and defeat that hero?

    Report them in game. Nothing can be done here and if you're going to post, you have to blur the lines.
