As shown the schedule is empty and my time difference is not PST.
If the schedule was updated, I could have set up the reminder.

They've never put it on the schedule, I doubt they'll start. It's just under 27 hours from now, so you can set it on your phone's calendar to remind you.
You should also be able to have twitch set to notify you when they go live.
