Looking for guide to unit rewards and energy for back issues

Saving up for banquet and don’t have any other use for energy and want to prioritize where to focus. Has anybody summarized unit rewards vs energy usage for completion and exploration for classic and variant back issue content? Haven’t had any luck finding this

I was wondering if there was a thread on this. A few of the back issues are a bit tougher but I just didn’t take the time to read. Surely there’s a list of the easy paths and their counters
