Entered promo code - couldn’t get through

Hey folks,
Anyone else have this problem?
I entered the promo code for the 10 year livestream right as they announced it in the livestream. It wouldn’t accept it as the page was undoubtedly overloaded and I made repeated attempts ranging in seconds to minutes and even tried refreshing the page, exiting and reopening…and still nothing. When I can back again about 10 min later to see if traffic had died down, I got a “you have reached the code’s usage limit”.
Anything the Kabamers can do about this??

I thought if I would refresh/reopen the game the reward would show up but it didn’t…. Until my third try. This is never happened before. But luckily, it came through.
