Which is a better option in terms of rank ups?

With BG rewards, I'm able to get the final Catalysts I need for my 8th 7R3. However, for about the same BG token cost (albeit more Gold and ISO), I can R2 two new Champs. Trying to figure out if it's better to boost one up to R3, or spread the love a bit.

    Depends on who those champions are.

    Always go up, never across. The difference between R2&3 for a lot of champs is night and day. A R3 silk for example is practically a cheat code for Bg generally and especially this war season.
