Unable to connect a Kabam Id due to Game Center

I have tried for years to connect a kabam account but every time I do it just makes a brand new account from scratch instead of connecting it to my current one. I have contacted Kabam support and they told me they couldn’t help, can anyone PLEASE help me?

    Sounds like your Kabam ID is already connected to an account. You could ask support to verify and/or remove that connection.

    Alternatively you could create a new Kabam id outside of the game and connect it to your existing account.

    Thats what happens to me too. I had a kabam id before that I can't remember and I'm not signed into it. It has also signed me out of Google play as well, which is worrying because if my phone gets destroyed, my progress gets deleted
