BattleGround Icone missing in game

Dear Kabm team,
I was paying Battleground match during the final seconds of the season ending. I was In the match and I assume the season time expired, which resulted in a loop which shows who won the 3 matches of battleground. i had to force close the game as I was stuck in loop. But after that I am not having icone of battleground in game. Kindly solve this issue, I raised this issue with kabam support ticket# 701374.
