Sigil included with platinum track?

I was told by another alliance member that this platinum track included the Sigil, which would explain the price increase……but I purchased the platinum track and the Sigil did not activate? Could I get some clarity on this please?

    No, there was no price increase.. its a 3 month track

    The Sigil is not part of the track.

    I got it, there was glitch where it said Sigil active when you bought the PT
