Am I playing the Sentry wrong?

After the Sentry buff, I encountered one nasty bug, because of which it does not do the damage it should. There is a possibility that I am doing something wrong, but when I watched videos where they played for him, people did the same as me, but they did damage numbers several times more than my Sentry, although the video showed a Sentry of rank 4 asc. and I have had him for a couple of months, rank 5 asc. in 200 double. In the video, his heavy attack did 30 thousand crit. damage and another 20 thousand additional, while mine, on the same opponent (Black Bolt from the World of Legends), did 10 thousand crit. hit and another 11 thousand additional

    How many debuffs were on the opponent? What were the masteries? Who was the opponent?
