Veteran/Legends Title Graphic Disappeared

Today I claimed the veteran title and previously had the legends title. I logged out after claiming and have logged back in, now the graphic under my name is gone (not even the legend graphic shows) and the font text in chat is back to the default (not the black for a legend either). Anybody else experiencing this?

    I want to apply for the Veteran title for the commemoration of the 10th anniversary of the game. My account was created on 12/13/2014 and there are accounts newer than mine that already have that title with the vignette and frame similar to the Mythic title.
