Missing daily crystals of valiant

in Bugs and Known Issues
From past three weeks, I can't able to claim the daily crystals of valiant! The timer itself isn't even running at all. Have anyone faced this issue? What to do for it

    The crystal was replaced when the daily super event launched. You can still get 1 daily from the web store.
