Battlegrounds Power Shield

Do bursts of damage and other damage sources during specials still apply through power shield, or are they reduced to zero? (Juggs, Shathra, Titania, Kitty, Silk, Herc, etc.)

Non-hit damage will apply during specials, and I’m pretty sure is also multiplied. At the very least they will still trigger and do damage, because I’m definitely certain you can trigger DOTs and burst damage even on your basics.
