Unable to create and link a Kabam account with my MCoC summoner to have access to marketplace

I started playing mcoc 9ish years ago, im now 33. I’ve taken breaks and come back several times. I must have created a kabam account with my summoner years ago, because when I go to “login options” and “sign in with Kabam” it doesn’t allow me to link the account that’s attached to my google play. I’ve messaged support and am being told that since I cannot recite the dates and amounts of the first purchase on the account that there is nothing that can be done and I’ll forever be excluded from using the summoner marketplace on my account. Please create a work around to get situations like this resolved. I’ve poured untold amounts of both money and time into this game and for it to be permanently unable to reap the benefits of the summoner marketplace is outrageous, especially considering how integral you all have made it in progressing your summoner and staying competitive. I do not have the same bank I had back then or access to the same email I used at the time of creation. Google play receipts do not go back far enough for me to verify the purchase details, there is virtually no way for me to provide the information being asked. I’ve 100% necropolis and done almost every piece of Everest content you guys have implemented since RoL was current, I cannot make a new account. This is actually something that would make me quit the game for good, my money and time not going as far as others all because I can’t log into the summoner marketplace. Can I please get somebody who has some authority to reach out to offer alternative ways of verifying I’m the original owner of the account or something, please. My summoner name is “Naturallyy”
