Need help with mistake on the platinum pass

I have two accounts in Mcoc, one main and one free to play. I bought the platinum pass on the wrong account and when I realized I opened a ticket asking to change to the other account or if it was not possible to refund me that I would rebuy myself.

The support team answered me saying that it could not be done because it automatically unlocked the first milestone.

But aware that these mistakes happen and Kabam usually helps if we don't take any advantage of it, I did not even claim any milestones, not from the gold or the platinum track.

Can anyone help me on this matter or point me to how can I solve that?

    Support is generally the only place that can help.

    I believe platinum passes are different from regular purchases and they can't claw back the activation of the pass. As in there's no way to reset the pass.
