Terrax heavy damage bug

Idk why , but i have just tested it out in arena and practice and it seems like his heavies are bugged. Normally, his charged heavy while having rock field dealt like 40k damage crit at 7r3, no armor break. Now it is only 16k crit, so i guess the bug is he lost the bonus attack rating from rock field

i tried in a few champs to make sure. Forgot Who they were, but def not manthing, nova or dazzler
