Can not update/download MCOC on Android

My phone is fully up to date, I have tried Restarting the phone, disabling the play store re-enabling it, I uninstalled the app to re-install to see it will work but I did not, I tried some other things as well. Every time I try to view the app on the play store it shows this
What should I do and is anyone else having this issue?
