How to recover account with only email id login

I need help with recovering of my another account which got freeze because my email ID got disabled by Google and not getting it back

Account recovery has been one of the most frustrating endeavors of my life. I lost my account that I had started in 2015, because I lost access to my old Google account I had it saved on. I spent years trying to get mine back, gave them email info, payment dates and info, all manner of misc account info, and never got it back.
