Need help

Noticed now my acc isn't tied to my Google play acc anymore. What is going on. When I try to attach it to a Google play acc it says there is an already existing scc do I want to go to that one. When it said that when I was trying to do my kabam acc, it took me to a new account and I'm scared it will do the same now, only i won't be able to ever get back to my main because I wouldn't be logged into my Google play account. I need it backed up to my Google play account so if my phone gets lost or destroyed I can still play. Please help me somebody anybody who has suggestions. I doubt support will be able to help, they always say my security questions are wrong and I don't want them to start thinking im not the real acc owner which isn't true

    Just make sure ur account is linked to ur Kabam id... then you can login that way

    Can't link acc with kabam id, made acc quite a bit ago and can't remember details and can't access email. Support can't help me. It means I have never been able to access webstore, even to redeem promos
