Based purely on a ton of videos and playing around at lower star levels Spiral and Scream look like the best for me

Jack looks good, Crit Monkey is great, Rintrah is great, Rhulk is alright

Crossbones is unironically the best skill 7* in the game. He can do so much. I’d say bullseye’s value has gone down a bit (not a lot) but he’s still up there defensively but definitely not touching Crit Monkey offensively
