Issue I've seen with AoA Cassie, maybe tied to the autoblocker "bug"?

Just saw a video on Reddit (after running into it myself) where after throwing Red Skull's SP3, Cassie just sits charging her heavy indefinitely until you purposefully miss a few times.

I don't know *how* they would be connected, but I know people have been having problems lately with autoblockers like Red Skull and Arcade, where after autoblock triggers, they just sit and hold block until their block is broken.

Has anybody else had either of these issues NOT with an autoblocker or autoevader?
