After Cyber Days, got a ton of 7s champ and updrade materials, what are the best for rankups ?

I did a speed run to valiant and after Cyber Day, my champions list has been changed much from 6 stars to 7 stars, and got a ton of materials. Not sure what is the best upgrade to do next contents of the game ? Which champions are deserved to be ranked up to rank 2 and 3 ?

I am considering to complete/explore act8 and next will be act 9. but still feel too hard such as necropolis, even for highest monthly events
