So I just became Valient and was curious what people think is the best value out of these options? Or if it's best to just collect some of each per week or month?

I get titan shards when I am close to finishing one, otherwise T4a everyday.

T4a always. I might be close to a titan, but those T4a add up and if you want to make best progress in the game, R3 champs are the one.
