    Except they can’t completely refund bc people already used shards to open other crystals and ranked up champs with the materials

    Actual Gacha Games have better RNG that this. Tell me, you hope to make a title progression and you wait for banquet that has been hyped for months. And what you get, t5cc, t6cc, t5bc, t6bc and t3ac that you have overflowing in your stash, you hope to get t4ac and some shards to get some new champions and finally make that jump in progression but all you get is just disappointment. What would you say if you want to jump to valiant to start your level progression and the event you hoped would help you just turns out be a nightmare.

    If you want to progress and are waiting for Banquet instead of actually pushing content I don't get what you're complaining about

    I want to remind people that you saw people on the forums hyping up the banquet event to everyone who was asking if they should spend on cyber deals. How are people doing the same thing year in and year out still complaining.
